Mixed media painting, from the series the very pretty girl of café Procope, very pretty in rich and blue

I had a background left from my mishaps painting the portrait of Yayoi Kusama. A dotty background. But when you looked carefully, you could see that the dots where faded coins.
I had bought some Klein pigment to play with.
Yves Klein loved gold.  He had sold property certificates of immaterial pictural sensibility zone against gold.  Half the gold was thrown in the Seine and a picture of the event taken. But half the gold was Klein’s remuneration for this fantastic piece of air art.

Il me restait un fond datant de mes mésaventures liées au portrait de Yayoi Kusama. Un fond à pois.  Mais, vus de près, les pois étaient des pièces de monnaie fanées.
J’avais acheté du pirgment Klein pour jouer avec.
Yves Klein aimait l’or.  Il  a vendu des certificats de propriété de Zone de Sensibilité Picturale Immatérielle contre de l’or. La moitié de l’or était jeté dans la Seine et une photo de l’évènement était prise.  L’autre moitié était la rémunération de Klein pour cette fantastique morceau d’air art
