So instead of going straight ahead, I started with a detour and created this little portrait based on a sketch I found in a folder, Bluebeard’s Seven Wives. This is Fernande Olivier, one of the first victims of the great narcissistic pervert named Picasso. Devouring the life force of his companions, destroying them and discarding them.
I wanted to pay tribute to the people they were before he broke them.
